Chef Charlie T.

Chef Charlie Torgerson is a Celebrated Chef for the National Pork Board where he’s won numerous awards for his smoky creations. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America® in New York, he spent over 19 years as an integral part of Famous Dave’s as their Executive Chef. Charlie now co-owns RC’s BBQ at the Minnesota State Fair and owns Charlie T’s Foods Consulting. Charlie has shared his talents to help make our BBQ offerings more innovative than ever.
