Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine whole grain mustard, garlic, olive oil, balsamic, rosemary, basil, thyme and Worcestershire sauce, and whisk to blend.
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Spread mustard rub mixture all over pork. Place pork in a baking dish. Roast pork until thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145-150°F, approximately 2 hours. Let stand for 15 minutes. Slice pork thinly and serve.
