We have compiled some of our favorite ways to serve up something your patrons might not cook at home and ways for you to leverage pork across multiple dayparts and applications. So optimize the products you bring in, increase check averages and give your patrons something they might not be able to replicate on their own – get pork back in the consideration set!

Pre-heat the oven to 250°F. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil with rosemary and cook for 3-4 hours, until very tender.
Remove from the oven, brush thoroughly with the glaze and return to the broiler to the oven set to 475°F for 4-5 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot and reduce over medium heat by ½ to a syrupy consistency. Set aside.
