We believe in sustaining family farms, which is why we have invested in our own family farms and have a tight network of producer partners that supply Clemens Food Group with animals that meet our strict animal welfare standards.

We believe we have the best coordinated network of farms, food production and transport to ensure that we meet the highest standards of animal care. We have third party audit verifications for animal welfare and food safety that we use to uphold our standards.

THE NEXT TIER OF PORK PRODUCTS WE OFFER ARE ALL NATURAL AND UNCURED PRODUCTS.

These animals are raised under the same guidelines and criteria as our elevated conventional but the way they are processed is what differentiates them as all natural.

These products are processed using only natural ingredients and are certified all natural by the USDA. This means there are no artificial flavors, preservatives, colors, nitrites or nitrates (except those in naturally found celery powder). Our all natural products deliver the same great quality and taste, but allow operators to capitalize on consumer demands by claiming they are all natural on menu.

NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER

CLEMENS FOOD GROUP’S NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER (NAE) PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PORK PRODUCERS PROGRAMS.

We deliver No Antibiotics Ever pork with sustainability and scale in mind.

Our NAE pigs are born on our gestation crate free sow farms and raised on rural Pennsylvania, family owned farms by people we know by name and whose methods we trust. Our farmers have been raising hogs for generations. They embody the highest principals of stewardship for the environment and the animals in their care.

Our hogs grow naturally based on good feed, good health, and good care. We don’t use any artificial growth promotants (ractopamine). No animal proteins or by-products are fed to our pigs. Instead, they’re fed a balanced vegetarian diet comprised of corn, soybean meal, vitamins, and minerals to keep them well-nourished and healthy. And if an NAE pig requires antibiotics because of illness that cannot be cured by natural means, we segregate them into our conventional flow. And because we control the entire supply chain, we have the potential to scale the program and provide customers with the ability to easily transition from conventional pork.
