Bacon Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

• Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the Hatfield® Bacon on a sheet pan with a wire insert and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy and golden.
• Fry the egg and toast the sesame bagel.
• In a bowl, mix the Kewpie mayo and chipotles in adobo sauce.

To assemble:

• Spread fig jam on the sesame bagel.
• Add the fried egg.
• Layer a generous amount of Hatfield® Bacon (cut in half for easier eating).
• Drizzle with chipotle mayo.
• Top with the other half of the bagel and enjoy! Perfect for breakfast or lunch.
