Preheat 450 F. Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil.
Heat a medium saute pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until golden but not crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain fat and set bacon pieces aside.
Brush pizza dough with olive oil and garlic. Top with mozzarella, bacon and scallions, leaving enough room for 3 eggs.
Place in the oven and bake until edges begin to brown, 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven. Add eggs, gently cracking the eggs and keeping yolk intact.
Place back in the oven and bake until egg whites have set and crust is golden brown, an additional 8 minutes. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes.
