BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
2 ½ pounds Hatfield® ham cubed (5 cups)
2 ½ pounds hash brown potatoes shredded, cooked
3 ¾ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
15 eggs beaten
3 ¾ cups milk
½ tsp salt
Preparation:
Alternate layers of ham, hash brown, and cheese in a hotel pan.
Mix eggs, milk and salt and pour over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a 350° F oven for 45-60 minutes or until brown.
