Ingredients:
- 1 ea Empanada Dough (Disk, 6″ diameter)
- 1 ea 3641 Hatfield All Natural Skinless Sausage Link (Sliced)
- 1 tbsp Egg White Scramble
- 1 tsp Tomatillos (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Corn (Roasted)
- 1 pinch Fresh Herbs
- As needed Eggwash
- As needed Red And Green Salsas
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Fill empanada disk with sausage, egg, tomatillos, corn and herbs.
- Fold dough into half-moon and fold and pinch edges to seal.
- Brush sealed empanadas with egg wash.
- Bake at 350 F until golden brown.
- Serve with salsas for dipping.
