Campfire S’mores with Double Smoked Bacon

Ingredients:

6 slices Heritage By Hatfield™ Double Smoked Bacon
12 ea Graham crackers, broken in equal halves
1 ea Hershey’s chocolate bar, broken into 6 pieces (2 sections per piece)
6 ea Large marshmallows
6 ea Long wooden skewers
1 Toasty campfire or open flame

Preparation:

Cook the Heritage By Hatfield™ Double Smoked Bacon until crisp. Set aside to cool.
Once the bacon is cool, break in half as best as you can.
Get your campfire going.
Skewer the marshmallows and heat them over the fire just the way you like them.

Build the S’mores:

Top one half of the graham with 1 section of chocolate.
Top the chocolate with the bacon slice, broken in half.
Add your roasted marshmallow and top graham cracker.
Enjoy while still hot and melty.
