CHORIZO SLOPPY JOE WITH GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. Hatfield® Chorizo Sausage
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
14oz. tomato puree
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 Brioche buns
Guacamole
Preparation:
In a large saute pan add oil, chorizo and onion.
Cook for 5-8 minutes breaking apart into pieces.
Add brown sugar, tomato puree, salt and pepper.
Sauce will begin to evaporate and thicken (approximately 5-8 minutes).
Toast bun, top with chorizo mixture and dollop with guacamole.
Serve with sweet potato fries drizzled with Chipotle Ketchup.
