French Croissant Breakfast Sandwich

• In a nonstick pan, fry the egg and set aside.
• Carve a few slices of Hatfield® Carving Ham and set aside.
• Grill the plum slices on a hot grill for about 1 minute on one side and 10 seconds on the other. Set aside.
• Warm the croissant in the oven at 325°F for about 2 minutes, then slice.

To assemble:

• Place the Hatfield® Carving Ham on the bottom half of the croissant.
• Top with the fried egg, grilled plums and fresh arugula.
• Put the other half of the croissant on top, and enjoy your Hatfield® Ham croissant fried-egg sandwich.
