GERMAN STYLE HAM SANDWICH

Ingredients:

5 oz. Hatfield® Carving Ham, sliced thin
1 oz. Gruyere Swiss cheese
2 tsp. whole grain mustard
2 tsp. apple butter
6 slices cucumber
Leaf lettuce
2 slices Hearty Rye Bread

Preparation:

Slice ham, portion into 5 ounces. Slice cucumber.
Combine mustard and apple butter.

To assemble:

Using 2 slices of rye bread, spread mustard mixtures on each slice, leaf lettuce, cucumbers, cheese and ham.
Cut sandwich in half; serve with favorite side.
