5 pounds red bliss potatoes, cut into ¼ -in. slices
48 slices Texas Toast Bread
48 pieces of sharp cheddar
48 slices Hatfield® bacon, cooked
48 slices Hatfield® ham
Preparation:
Mix butter and chive together. (Chive Butter)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on half sheet pan. Roast for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and fork tender.
Spread chive butter on bread. Place on sheet pan with parchment paper and assemble sandwiches with cheese, potato, bacon and ham. Place in preheated oven. Bake for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned and cheese has melted.
