Ingredients:
6 pounds Hatfield® ham, cut into julienned strips
½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
½ cup butter
2 heads garlic, minced
2 quarts mushrooms, sliced
4- 26oz cans cream of chicken soup, reduced fat, reduced sodium
1 ½ quarts half 7 half
3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
2 ½ pounds whole wheat linguine or spaghetti
Preparation:
Heat ham in oil.
Sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter.
Stir in cream of chicken, half & half, and parmesan cheese
Stir in ham mixture.
Serve over cooked noodles
