HASH BROWN WAFFLE & SAUSAGE BREAKFAST SANDWICHES
Ingredients:
4 c. frozen or fresh hash browns
¼ c. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. avocado, mashed
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 Fully cooked Sausage patties
4 eggs
4 slices cheese (your choice)
Preparation:
In a medium bowl combine hash browns, rosemary, eggs, avocado and season with salt and pepper.
Heat fully cooked sausage patties until heated through. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and scramble.
Heat waffle iron and ladle hash brown mix and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Assemble: Two waffles, sausage, eggs and cheese into a sandwich. Serve with fresh fruit.
