Using the combine rub, pat into the meat until all used. Double wrap in foil and place on baking sheet. Place in oven and roast for 2 – 2 ½ hours until the meat begins to pull away from the bone.
In a sauce pan combine ingredients and bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes; turn off and set aside.
Once ribs are cooked glaze with sauce and return to oven for 10 minutes to caramelize.
