Korean Street Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Milk Bread (Thick Cut, Toasted)
- 2 ea Egg (Fried)
- ¼ cup Kimchi (Prepared)
- 2 slice 2020 Hatfield Lay Flat Applewood (Cooked)
- 2 slice 2242 Hatfield Classic Ham (Griddled)
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chili Glaze (Prepared)
- 2 tbsp Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Fry egg, kimchi and green onion together.
- Assemble sandwich: Slice of toast, egg/ kimchi mix, bacon, ham, chili glaze.
- Spread mayo on top slice of toast and top the sandwich, top with cheese.
- Place sandwich on an oven-safe dish, heat until cheese is melted about 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve.
