PORK CHOP WITH ROASTED CHILES AND PEACHES, ALLIUM, FRESH FLOWERS, AND NUOC CHAM
Ingredients:
Nuoc cham;
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 thai chili
Preparation:
- Season pork chop with salt and pepper.
- Assemble salad of cooked poblanos.
- Cut peach, and sliced sweet onion dressed in nuoc cham.
