PULLED PORK BREAKFAST BURRITO
Ingredients:
1 (5 lb) container Southern Pulled Pork
2 pounds shredded low-fat Monterey Jack Cheese
25 eggs, scrambled
25 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
½ gallon salsa
Preparation:
Heat pulled pork in oven at 350°F until temperature reaches internal temperature 165°F for 15 seconds.
Warm tortilla on flat top grill and place on sheet pan.
Fill tortilla with pulled pork, shredded cheese, scrambled egg and salsa.
