SAUSAGE EGG HOAGIE
Ingredients:
4 demi baguettes
8 eggs
8oz. pepper jack cheese, grated
¼ c. heavy cream
Scallions
8oz FC sausage links, cut into bite size pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven 350°F.
Split baguette and remove inner bread.
In a bowl, combine eggs, cheese, scallions, heavy cream, sausage, salt and pepper.
Pour into baguette boats and place in the oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until egg is set.
Remove from oven; let rest for 3 minutes before slicing in half.
