SAUSAGE EGG HOAGIE
Ingredients:
- 4 demi baguettes
- 8 eggs
- 8oz. pepper jack cheese, grated
- ¼ c. heavy cream
- Scallions
- 8oz FC sausage links, cut into bite size pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Split baguette and remove inner bread.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, cheese, scallions, heavy cream, sausage, salt and pepper.
- Pour into baguette boats and place in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until egg is set.
- Remove from oven; let rest for 3 minutes before slicing in half.
