ST. LOUIS STYLE RIBS TO-GO
Ingredients:
- Dry rub: 1 cup each salt, sugar, mushroom powder
- Tbsp paprika
- Tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation:
- Roast at 350 until finished, and the bones want to pull out easily… about 2 hours.
- I made salad with cucumber and fresh herbs, jalapeño, and dresses it with a squeeze of lemon, and some olive oil.
