ULTIMATE HAM SANDWICH

Ingredients:

5 oz. Hatfield® Carving Ham, sliced thin
2 oz. spreadable herb cheese (Boursin®)
6 slices cucumber
3 oz. Baby spinach
3 slices ripe tomato
Focaccia Bread

Preparation:

Slice ham, portion into 5 ounces. Slice cucumber. Slice tomatoes.

To assemble:

Slice focaccia bread in half.
Spread cheese, baby spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes and ham.
Slice sandwich in half; serve with favorite side.
